This policy applies to manahomeloans.com and to the tools we make available on it, including lead and contact forms, the affordability calculator, WhatsApp click-to-chat, the JotForm AI assistant, and hand-offs to our external loan application portal at reachmlo.com. Third-party sites and portals maintain their own privacy practices.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, property location, budget and purchase or refinance intent submitted through calculators, forms or chat.
• Usage information: pages viewed, referring source, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address.
• Cookies and similar technologies as described below.

We do not request Social Security numbers, account numbers or credit information through this website. Those items are collected only through our secure application portal.

How we share information

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of marketing communications, and to appeal a denied request.
