Our commitment

We work to meet the spirit of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, across manahomeloans.com.

What we have done

• Semantic HTML structure with a single H1 and logical heading order on each page.
• Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, sliders and interactive controls.
• Descriptive alt text for meaningful images and labels for form fields.
• Color contrast targeted at WCAG AA for body text, legal text and controls.
• Motion and animation reduced automatically when your device requests it.
• Responsive layouts that support zoom and small-screen use.

Known limitations

Some features rely on third-party services whose accessibility we do not fully control:

• The JotForm AI assistant embed and its chat window.
• The Optimal Blue (OBMMI) market rate indices widget, including its charts.
• WhatsApp click-to-chat and external social platforms.
• Our external loan application portal hosted at reachmlo.com.

Chart data in the rate widget is visual; contact us and we will read current index values to you or send them in an accessible format.
